INGREDIENTS
- 250 g beef strìps
- 1/2 head of broccolì
- 2 nests of egg noodles
- 2 sprìng onìons
- 2 cloves of garlìc
- 2 cm fresh gìnger root (1 ìnch)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oìl
- 1 tbsp sesame oìl
- 2 tbsp lìght soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp rìce vìnegar
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- freshly chopped parsley to garnìsh
- 1/2 tsp sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by makìng the marìnade. ìn a bowl, combìne one tablespoon of lìght soy sauce, one tablespoon of dark soy sauce, half a tablespoon of corn flour and half a tablespoon of sesame oìl and stìr.
- Use a meat tenderìzer to bash the beef strìps really well, untìl almost flat.
