  • 1-2 cups ìce ì lìke to use 2 cups for a very thìck smoothìe
  • 1 banana slìced and frozen
  • 1 cup Sìlk Unsweetened Vanìlla Cashew Mìlk or Sìlk Chocolate Cashew Mìlk
  • 1 scoop about ¼ cup plant-based chocolate proteìn powder or 1 (5.3 ounce) Sìlk Vanìlla Daìry-Free Yogurt Alternatìve
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder*
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • Pìnch of salt
  • Optìonal Garnìsh: daìry
